Refunds may be given in circumstances where the package arrives damaged.
If your package arrived damaged, please reach out via email at email@example.com with your name, order number, and photo evidence of the damage.
You will be notified via email if your refund is approved, after which, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
Please note that packages shipped via media mail are not eligible for refunds as that shipping method carries no insurance.
